All loose diamonds and engagement rings set by ADB are present in an Elegant Red box. Most other jewelry comes carefully arranged in either a hard Red jewel box, or a satin Platinum fabric pouch tucked inside the distinctive Red box.

Conflict Free Diamonds

We promise that the diamonds we sell you are “conflict free diamonds.” The United Nations characterizes conflict diamonds as those that originate in areas controlled by forces or factions that oppose governments legitimately established and recognized under international law, that are illegally traded to fund conflicts in certain areas, particularly in central and western Africa. The Kimberley Process Certification System was devised and adopted to restrict trade in conflict diamonds, and our diamonds are certified as conflict free under that System.

Our Shipping Methods

After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via one of the following carriers and methods.

• FREE FedEx Priority Overnight® - All orders $1000 and above
• FREE USPS Express Mail® - Express Mail International
• FREE FedEx International Priority® - All international shipments
• FedEx Priority Overnight® Shipping with Saturday Delivery: If you need your order to arrive on a Saturday, you may upgrade to this shipping method at checkout for $29.50.

Signature Required
To protect the security of your shipment, we require an adult signature at the time of delivery, regardless of any waivers you may have with the courier. Our double-boxed packages are fully insured until delivery at the shipping address. Additionally, to ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, an e-mail message will be sent notifying you that your package has been shipped.

Shipping to an Alternate Address
ADB understands that there may be times when you are unavailable to receive a package at home, or you might want to have a gift shipped directly to the recipient. In such cases, simply contact your credit card or bank institution to add the alternative shipping address to your account. This security precaution protects our customers from fraudulent activity and will expedite the shipping process.

P.O. Box Addresses
Atlanta Diamond Broker requires that a physical address is provided for every order placed, and does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

An appraisal is a document stating the approximate retail replacement value of an item. It is calculated using current market data, which reflects typical retail prices.

Your appraisal ensures that in the case of loss, theft, or damage your insurance company will give you an equal replacement of your item. The more information contained in the appraisal, the better chance you have of receiving the exact replacement for that item. Your insurance agency can rely on this appraisal to calculate a coverage rate for your diamond or piece of fine jewelry. This service is free of charge for our Clients.

We want you and the recipient of your gift to be thrilled with your purchase for many, many years to come. To promote this end, Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to inspect and admire your purchase. You can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of our shipment for a return or exchange. That is our simple promise.

Our extended holiday return policy applies to items without engraving and in original condition; the same as our normal 30-day return policy. From November 20th and December 20th are eligible for our extended holiday return policy and can be returned to Atlanta Diamond Broker through January 20th, 2013.

This is How We Handle Returns
Once we receive your returned item and we accept the return, your refund will be process, or a replacement item shipped in just a few days. When we physically receive your return, we will inspect the item and contents by our expert. Please understand that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Atlanta Diamond Broker), or damaged in any way cannot and will not be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items (not including wedding rings) can not be returned. Engraved wedding rings may be returned, however, the engraving and delivery fees are non-refundable. If you return an item without a prior Atlanta Diamond Broker return authorization code, or send us a package that is improperly contained or uninsured, we must and will reject delivery.

How You Return an Item
In the unlikely event that you wish to return a diamond or jewelry item to Atlanta Diamond Broker, just follow our simple three step process:

a. You Need a Return Authorization Code. Call us at 888-90-Diamond or Email Return@atlantadiamondbroker.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Place that sticker on the outside of the box you are returning.

b. Properly Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and ancillary material. If your item was delivered with a certificate by a gemologist and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the $250 replacement cost of the certificate and that cost will be deducted from your refund, or charged to your credit card.

Special orders are not returnable.
In addition, any engagement ring design sold without a center diamond may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Eternity bands and tension rings can not usually be resized and must be completely remanufactured. For that reason it is very important you order the correct size at the time of original purchase.
For security reasons, do not write “Atlanta Diamond Broker” or describe the contents anywhere on the exterior of the package in which the item is being returned.

c. Insure and Send us Your Package. If the total price, exclusive of shipping, of the item you are returning as listed on our invoice was:

• Under $500: You are authorized to ship it by any commercial or U.S. Postal Service carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt to confirm that your shipment has been properly delivered.
• Over $500: You must ship your package by US Postal Service Registered Mail sm, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt to confirm that your shipment has reached Atlanta Diamond Broker. (Federal Express® and UPS® will not routinely insure merchandise for over $500 without special arrangements.)
• Over $10,000: For the sake of prudence, high value returns often require special arrangements. We strongly recommend that you contact an Atlanta Diamond Broker advisor to receive assistance and suggestions for proper methods to return your purchase.

You must follow these instructions exactly; your failure to do so will prevent us from processing and accepting your return. Please be aware that all returns are shipped by you at your sole risk and expense and we assume no responsibility whatsoever therefore unless and until we accept delivery and return in strict accordance with the terms hereof.
